This is Anouk!!

iBuenas dias! 

My name is Anouk and I’m 20 years old. I study Communication- and Information Sciences in Amsterdam with a specialization in Spanish and International Communication. At school I learn about different types of communication and of course Spanish. What better way to improve your Spanish than in Spain? Besides that, I also take care of the social media, website and I do some tours. 

To be honest, this isn’t my first time in Seville. I’ve been here in January on a citytrip with friends. During that trip the city stole my heart and I knew I wanted to come back. We even did a tour at ATD Spain! That’s what really kicked this whole thing off and I’m really happy it did. In my first 1,5 week in Seville I had my own mini-vacation. Luckily I met some of my future co-workers in that period and we immediately started hanging out together. Everybody in the company is really nice and we have a lot of fun as well (while we’re working really hard! ;)). 

At home I’m used to dancing a lot (at least four times a week). I do a lot of different styles, like classical ballet, contemporary dance, dancehall and ballroom/latin. I was a bit scared that I would really miss my dance classes and that I would get out of shape, so when I came to Seville I knew I had to do a Flamenco class! So far I’ve only had one class, but it was so much fun...and hard! My heels were hurting from all the stamping and the rhythms were sometimes hard to follow, but it was all worth it. I’m really excited to go home at the end of October with a new experience and show my friends what I’ve learned. But first I’m going to have a great time.
